Arrived promptly, polite,got the job done quickly.about 45 mins. Iwould rate him 5* but for the price £180 taking into account travel,time of night although I did request the next day he seemed to want to do the job this evening,I thought he was going to drain the full system but only did the one radiator and replaced the valve I supplied.i thought the price was a bit high.other than that all OK.
