We received excellent service from Steve from the first to the last communication. He turned up when he said he would, provided detailed information about how the job would be undertaken and kept me updated regularly as the work progressed. Steve's approach is very professional and the quality of how work is excellent. This was a huge, outdoor job that was made all the more challenging because of the poor summer weather we have just had. However, Steve ensured we had the best of his attention at all times.

Steve came in and gave us a price straight away which included the materials and all labour.Price was lower than we had expected which was a bonus. He turned up every day at the time he said he would and he explained everything he would be doing that day. The quality of workmanship was excellent and he did the job to a brilliant standard. We are delighted with the final outcome and we will be getting steve back to do more jobs in the house as we get round to them.
