Excellent communications throughout and great flexibility to enable the quoted work to be completed. My flat was transformed after all the flood damage and subsequently sold at a first viewing within a fortnight of works being completed. Radiator
I'm very unhappy with the quality of work from this company and would recommend avoiding it. They were hired to replace a radiator and a toilet float valve. The radiator wasn't adequately secured to the wall and the piping is leaking around what looks like old sealant tape which should have been replaced with new. The leak has also caused my smart TRV to fail. As for the float valve they "adjusted" it instead of replacing it as quoted and after a few days the problem is back.
