Very quick response to my ad, I wasn't at home so had left my son in charge who was very impressed with Mark's professionalism and determination to diagnose the cause of the leak first, then fix it. Mark kept in touch throughout the job, explaining that the grouting needed replacing, also the sealant. He made the effort to get the colours of both sealant and grout right. He sent me detailed photos so I could see what had been done. The finish of the work is excellent, will use him again.
