Would avoid at all costs. Quoted for the job in January, price agreed, due to bad weather we agreed to delay installation until better weather. Date work was due to be completed he was a no show (due to son being ill) and i was informed by text. Contact was made and we both agreed the work would still go ahead and that he would ring to give me a date for the installation. It's now June and i am STILL waiting for the contact. Very poor attitude would never recommend this company.
Home Improvements
Mark and Gary are very professional tradesmen. Right from their visit to provide me with a quote until they finished the work, there was never any breakdown in communication and they responded quickly to every query I had. Their approach to work was also very systematic as you could see progress everyday. Their build quality was excellent and they cleared the work space regularly. I am definitely going to use them again as they are now my first choice tradesmen in Wendover. Truly Rated People.
Wooden Staircases
Westlake recently quoted for and undertook work for the ugrade of the wooden staircase in our 17th century cottage. From the outset, Mark was professional, knowledgable and trustworthy. Their quote was also very reasonable. Whilst undertaking the work they were respectful (as I work from home) and the end result was an excellent carpentry job which blended well with the existing components of the staircase. I would highly recommend.
Wooden Doors - External
The job was carried out on time and per the quote given. Wooden doors were constructed to fit our existing building, and were fitted satisfactorily, as planned within one day. I would use this supplier again.
House Extension
I asked Westlake to come out to look at a potential job. He was very helpful. I did not ask him to quote at this stage.
