Flat Roof - Installation / Repair
Thomas was really professional from the word go . Assessed the job explained the 2 options I had in detail and then advised what we should if he was us . He sent us a quote and on acceptance of the quote came the next day on a saturday and did the job . Cannot recommend him enough
Slate & Tiled Roof
Done in October had the Irish bloke attempt the work. No invoice left behind. Just payed him off to get rid of him as after 5 attempts of NO thats not right and said he was done left the roof with a tile missing. Did not cut the slat that I provided to cover the area which would have covered. Just pushed tile up No fixing copper nails.Just slid underneath. left roof in a mess. won't let me add pictures. Complained at the time but have only just been given access to jobs advertised as home owner.

Do not employ. If Irish lad turns up who did mine & still charged £180 for 1 tile which I provided and still cocked up which should have been cut to do both tiles. Front of house roof now looks a mess. He refused to go up and sort it out yet again. I admit I should Not have paid him but I just wanted him to go.

With in a year had no response effort in putting your work right. What do you have to say. Reporting on here now what do you have to say or willing to do ? I run my own business on here and I am five star rated all properly confirmed & City & Guilds to advanced level, qualified to teach. Got you to do a job on my house Thank GOD it wasn't for a customer of mine.

Notice that all the old leads ratings are not shown complaining about no invoices or responsibility cash in hand. Hiding. Did they ever receive the invoice. Did they get their complaints guarantee resolved. Where are those customer concerns. Not shown on here anymore. Got cut off & disappeared when I complained to rated and only now shows after redown loading app shows your job hence only now can yet again provide my dissatisfied rating. PS still no answer from them regarding my issue.
Slate & Tiled Roof
Tom and his brother James were quick to respond, quoted a fair price and carried out works to a good standard. They even fitted us in on a Saturday morning. Really nice lads , happy to recommend.
