Chris was a professional from prior to arrival, until showing us his top quality work (he even offered to help with another project I was working on).
Chris hung a 46” LED flatscreen TV on my hollow wall, with no issues. It’s very sturdy and therefore calmed my worries regarding its weight.
Would highly recommend Chris!
Thanks for the review Joey
I hope you guys are settling into your new home and area ok.

Chris Statt (Zilwa Plumbing & Property Maintenance), fitted a new toilet for us yesterday and did a fantastic job! He was trustworthy, efficient, helpful, friendly and reliable. Not only would we contact him again for future work, but we would highly recommend him to other people.

The size of the new Rad won’t necessarily be an issue as pipe relocation is a simple job.
You / they will need to ensure the new rad has a BTU rating equal or greater than your current rad.
I would go bigger as the new pipework won’t stand out as much
