Matt and his colleagues (Phil and Dave) were very friendly and professional. An initial quote was given on the phone and then a site visit to discuss options and needs. We had the pyronix enforcer system installed within a week of posting. They were reliable, informative and cleaned up after the job. Matt was very patient in explaining the system and the options and explained they try to source products locally. The service felt personal and was made to feel like a valued customer. Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. John didn't carry out the work for me in the end, as the quote for materials far exceeded estimate given. However, he attended the property the very next day I think, he measured up and gave guidance as to what I needed to buy which was very helpful.
Job has yet to be finalised due to my absence but will use this company when I am in a position to make an appointment. But so far so good.
Not received invoice yet so not sure on value, but very happy with speed and efficiency of coming out to look at our job
