I enlisted Kris to replace my flooring in September 2022. However, after just a year, all of the flooring has become loose, and significant gaps have appeared between the floorboards. I suspect this may be due to the foundation being inadequately level when initially installed.

Russell attended the site (my home) to discuss the options and provided a prompt and very fair quote which I accepted. The job, (quite significant taking 2 days) was carried out by Jamie and Chris a short while later. They were always very friendly, organised and clean - the work was excellent. OVER A YEAR LATER, and a couple of the lights had stopped working and I contacted Russell. Within 2 days, everything sorted with no charge for the new lights or the service. Completed within 24 hours of posting job. Offered to come earlier on the day which was actually helpful to me. Took his time, very safety conscious, very chatty and friendly. Checked the work before he was done. Everything working perfectly to date. Could have 1 star deducted for not cleaning up after completing, but honestly it wasn't a massive mess so no concerns there. George was on time and fitted two of the three blinds but that was due to the structure of the wall and window which was out of his control. He fitted a curtain pole on the window frame instead. The only thing to improve on is not to use a bed with white covers as a holding place for tools or other materials. The blinds job was great! Thank you :)
