although we just did electrical & fire alarm check up for a house & later issue the relevant certificates.We found Stephen quick response, professional attitude & friendlness very helpful, as we are dealing with a big stressful project. Retracting the previous review I gave on Affordable Repairs. Reason below. Got Ken to repair a leaking roof on the same property, after many attempts, wasted time and ££££ it was clear he was shooting in the dark and has no knowledge in this area. He even turned up at the property once (without being asked) pretended to do some work on the leaking roof, then had the audacity to send me a bill for this! When I refused to pay it he got personal. Lacks integrity. Use at your own risk.
