Nothing is too much trouble and all the work has been completed to a very high standard. He is very clean and tidy and was on hand to give advice on other projects around the house. Matthew overcharged for materials. He told me he paid £40 at Screwfix for the spikes. I was shocked and asked for a copy of the receipt but he didn't provide it. I did pay him in cash for the work then checked the price at Screwfix. The cost is £29.99 not £40. As a result, I cannot recommend him.
Actually, didn't do the job I posted on Rated people, but carried out other work for me. This was to a good enough standard that I have asked to be quoted on getting more work done along the lines of what was ordinarily asked for.

Very personable man with a massive set of tools, however he didnt have the correct drill bit for drilling 50mm holes for newel posts. First 4 days work were good last one was sloppy.
