Issues that arose (not of ACL's making) throughout the 6 month project were dealt with swiftly and effectively with clear communication on options and cost.

After completing the work, this tradesman was not up to our expectations nor the spec that he quoted on. He under delivered on the quality and cut costly corners, only for us to pick up the pieces, cannot possibly recommend this tradesman!

Came to have a look, said they would send a quote, never did... Guy on initial visit said I'd need to knock through the tiles. Went back to it myself with a friend, turned out an easy fix on the shower unit itself without touching the plumbing/tearing up the tile work.
