Catalin is very understanding and approachable, understands the needs and the struggle of his customers and helps them. Also very good communication, he responds to his call/messages within an hour if not immediately. They did few small jobs which was not part of the quote for free!I would recommend him to friends and colleagues. Reasonable prices.

Daniel and Alex from Criteria have restored my faith in builders. They were very friendly (no hard sell) and helped to assess the job that I needed with very useful hints and tips. The one point I liked the most was the way they worked. Very neat and tidy and with attention to detail. I suppose I am fussy but I believe that if a job is worth doing it is worth doing properly. We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day.
