Bryn is a great bloke, contacted me within 10minutes of posting the job and arranged to come and give a quote on Monday (posted job Saturday). Before he arrived he gave a call to say he was on his way which was great and gave me time to get back. Took a look at the job and was able to tell me exactly what was needed and what wasn't. Gave a quote on the spot and was even able to do the job the same day. Bryn juggled another job because of the urgency but didn't penalise us for it. He had all the equipment and tools needed with him and planed what needed to be done on the spot. Overall he was a pleasant and professional bloke who knew what he was doing and was good at it too. Mr Watson responded quickly, professionally and courtesously to all our enquiries and questions. He always arrived punctually and worked quickly and quietly - and completed the job exactly as he described. His workmanship seems to be of a very high standard and whilst here he spotted a couple of minor defects in our system which he rectified without fuss. This was a two-stage project. The proprietor was keen to keep me informed with progress, issues deadlines etc and as such I always felt I was an integral part of the project. The standard of finish cannot be faulted with highly professional and friendly workmen being utilised for the work. Any post-build snags were quickly dealt with no quibble. I would highly recommend High and Dry.
The guys were competitive with their pricing, quick to respond to questions and arrived as scheduled on time and did a great job. They worked really hard and got the jobs done in really good time. They cleared up before they left and made sure I was happy with the work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will be using them again soon.
Honest, professional and affordable
High quality job from quote to finish. In the end we had a new boiler and mains pressure hot water tank to replace the original set up. Good advice on products and even saved us from replacing a power shower by understanding the system we already had, when every other engineer had advised that it would have to be replaced. Good price for the job. Always arrived when he said and removed all the waste promptly. I would definitely use Tim again and intend to use him for all my Gas and plumbing needs.

We are really pleased with our newly tiled living room floor. Ryan was very thorough with the setting out, and checked we were happy with the tile pattern and the alignment of the cuts before starting. All the cuts are flawless and the grouting and finishing is really good. All rubble was removed and the working area was well cleaned on completion. Overall we are very pleased with the work, and would recommend.
