I have just had to pay someone else over £1000 to fix the garage roof that Jamie left us with. Despite numerous requests for him to come and fix the leaks, he never did, and then stopped responding. The guys that repaired the roof were appalled at the original workmanship. Add to that... - rubbish that we could not see was just left - electrics were run out to the garage using a lesser capacity cable than agreed, so I had to have another one run out - so unreliable, promising to turn up but never did

Avoid at all costs - currently taking legal action against this company! Did our bathroom renovation but failed at the most basic element of plumbing! Workers used grout to seal the joins between pipes and the shower mixer, which is completely inappropriate - led to 2 separate leaks! Cost 000's to rectify! As soon as things go wrong James will stop returning your calls. Save your time and money and find someone else. If you don't there's a high chance you'll regret it.

Updated - Dani kindly apologised & reimbursed us for any costs incurred by the tiler. He was knowledgeable and polite. He turned up on time. Tiler was polite but rushed the job. - shower wall was tiled wrongly and resulted in us needing to buy a new shower door - frame for shower niche was poorly done, with jagged & sharp trims. Was eventually redone at my request to a good standard - Minor issue - did not make holes in tiles where radiator pipes were and instead cut into the tiles, against our preference

From the planning to the execution, Viorel was very professional and courteous to my elderly mother. Viorel encountered many challenges including the plumbing with surface pipes on solid walls that he completely re-routed and made invisible. His eye for detail and his mindset to solve problems is what sets him apart from other Trades I have used before. The tiling and finish is excellent and I have no problem recommending him to anyone. I was very impressed with the workmanship between Dave and Jon who worked well together improving my bathrooms with shower and bath fittings. They were very quick to respond and were efficient, friendly, happy to help and paid attention to detail. They were quick to sort out any issues and answer any queries I had. They also liaised well with their fellow tradespeople for any floor fitting or electrical work that needed doing. I was very pleased with the finished results and would highly recommend them.
