From the planning to the execution, Viorel was very professional and courteous to my elderly mother. Viorel encountered many challenges including the plumbing with surface pipes on solid walls that he completely re-routed and made invisible. His eye for detail and his mindset to solve problems is what sets him apart from other Trades I have used before. The tiling and finish is excellent and I have no problem recommending him to anyone. Avoid at all costs - currently taking legal action against this company! Did our bathroom renovation but failed at the most basic element of plumbing! Workers used grout to seal the joins between pipes and the shower mixer, which is completely inappropriate - led to 2 separate leaks! Cost 000's to rectify! As soon as things go wrong James will stop returning your calls. Save your time and money and find someone else. If you don't there's a high chance you'll regret it.

Updated - Dani kindly apologised & reimbursed us for any costs incurred by the tiler. He was knowledgeable and polite. He turned up on time. Tiler was polite but rushed the job. - shower wall was tiled wrongly and resulted in us needing to buy a new shower door - frame for shower niche was poorly done, with jagged & sharp trims. Was eventually redone at my request to a good standard - Minor issue - did not make holes in tiles where radiator pipes were and instead cut into the tiles, against our preference

I contracted the team for a bathroom refurbishment. Over the seven days they worked, they were always on time and worked solidly to get the job done. When I say ‘solidly’, they worked really hard. Communication was brilliant (replies to messages within a short time) and Andrew, the owner, was extremely helpful. Ended up with a low stress, excellent refurb all done in a timely manner. Excellent, multi-talented tradesman - fitted 2 types of tiles professionally on uneven, awkwardly-shaped flooring. He laid quality adhesive & matting underneath for solid grounding. He was flexible/agreeable with payments, sourced all materials and cared for my property as if it was his! The repair of fractured plastering and painting room walls is brilliant. Excellent, really good guy. Came round same day to look at the job, made a short term fix to help. Suggested best plan, 2 days later came back to install the new tap. Probably could have charged more based on 2 visits but didn't. Would happily recommend and will use again if ever needed again.
