When I posted my floor tiling job Peter responded quickly. He is reliable, hard working, a skilled craftsmen and perfectionist taking great pride in his work. Nothing is too much trouble and all the work has been completed to a very high standard. He is very clean and tidy and was on hand to give advice on other projects around the house. SOUTHAM PLASTERING
BE WARNED! OK plasterer, APPALLING BUILDER. Put rubber roof on when wet, so now roof is blistering/bubbling. Tried to use piece of aluminum and wood to hold up roof--told by builder inspector he needed lintel. Lied to us, ignored inspector & tried to carry on using aluminum. Tired to get us to pay for insulation included in the quote. Got angry when we asked him not to smoke in our house. Three weeks after said work would be done (and with no changes to original job), walked off job without work completed.
