I cannot find a single fault with these guys. I took a bit of a flyer by going with a company I had no dealings with and only a recommendation from this site, but it paid off. They were out to see the job in no time and gave us a date for the work just a few days away. They fitted a quality boiler for a very competitive price. They were in and out in a single day with minimum fuss. We are very happy with the boiler. Quality of service was excellent. Everything was explained and they came through on all their promises. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending Rich and his team. The team were reliable, professional and the standard of their work was excellent. They were extremely considerate of the fact that we were living in the property at the time with children - they tidied up daily. Rich has a great positive attitude towards his work, which was reflected in his pragmatic approach to overcoming any issue that arose. He took the stress out of the job and is clearly a very experienced builder.

DNA was the only company that responded to my request to fit a new toilet. I was flexible regarding the fitting time and Joe kept me informed of his availability to complete the job. Very reasonably priced compared to quotes from British Gas and HomeServe. Superbly neat installation including boxing in of pipework.
