Gene was absolutely brilliant refitted a new shower tray and replaced all the old tiles for us. Cleaned up all the rubbish and no mess left behind. Would highly recommend him for the jobs you need doing.

Im a plumber with 18years experience, i do not touch heating systems as im not gas registerd, im reliable and respond with in 24 hours to view/fix problem. Carry most materiels on van unless its a specific item then that can be arranged.. I also do pvcu, door lock/cylinder lock changes

Gave a good quote which I accepted. I felt confident he knew his stuff and would do a good job. But then was a no-show. Offered some vague dates. Didn't hear anything for over a week. Got a message saying he'd had a family emergency (hope all was okay). A week later tried to call me once while I was out so I couldn't answer, but never tried to get back to me. Disappointing. Job still needs doing.

What an absolute load of ….. due to this poor workmanship from behind the scene what he tried to cover up he has caused a massive water leak that has hugely damaged my property. He has also put a floor standing vanity on screws due to smashing tiles from moving previous which I said if it did happen to just do a splash back or replace with white tiles! Fuming when I’ve just had a baby as well. Poor is putting it nicely!

Though this wasn't a particularly tricky job Dale was beset by a multitude of issues ranging from multiple failed deliveries to unexpected road closures so it ran over massively. None of it his fault and he kept his cool in frustrating circumstances and still did a fantastic job. Absolutely recommend Dale 100%. So pleased with the end result.
