Very very pleased with Michael Building Ltd, who gave my bathroom a complete refit. The lads worked an 8 hour shift and just got on with the job in hand. Michael the contractor kept me informed throughout the 6 days that they worked. I cant praise them enough and will always turn to them for any future jobs. Gave a good quote which I accepted. I felt confident he knew his stuff and would do a good job. But then was a no-show. Offered some vague dates. Didn't hear anything for over a week. Got a message saying he'd had a family emergency (hope all was okay). A week later tried to call me once while I was out so I couldn't answer, but never tried to get back to me. Disappointing. Job still needs doing.

Unique finish did an exceptional job for me. They completed four door handles adjustments, two door adjustments, that were causing a lot issues for me. Outstanding workmanship, very professional, friendly and advised me of the cause of the problem and possible solutions. Cleaned up after themselves and was always approachable. I would highly recommend to anyone and I will differently use them again. Thank you!

I was very impressed with the workmanship between Dave and Jon who worked well together improving my bathrooms with shower and bath fittings. They were very quick to respond and were efficient, friendly, happy to help and paid attention to detail. They were quick to sort out any issues and answer any queries I had. They also liaised well with their fellow tradespeople for any floor fitting or electrical work that needed doing. I was very pleased with the finished results and would highly recommend them.

Although they did a good job, I had a slow leak and the shower cubicle handle has since fallen off. They came out to fix the toilet leak, but it started leaking again straight after. Never returned to do the handle as promised
