Ciprian is not only knowledgeable and talent, but he’s also a lovely, cheerful guy. We recently moved into a new house, so when he came to do the job we were surrounded by boxes and amidst chaos. However, this didn’t bother him in the slightest. His work ethic is great and he powers through his tasks without complaint, even if he comes across an issue. Very happy with Tim and his son. Worked efficiently and without the need for a loud radio on - so important for me! My dog was a bit of pickle but they coped well and worked around her. Also met my husband's demanding criteria for the bathroom towel rail. Will definitely reuse Tim for our kitchen.

Karl arrived on time having made a 'phone call to me first. I found him to be very personable and pleasant. He seemed to be more keen to do the job properly than to make a load of money out of it. He voluntarily spent a great deal longer than was originally anticipated and came back the next day with some materials which he had to buy to finish the job off. His conscientiousness was refreshing in these days of people rushing to get to the next job. I'd use him again if the opportunity arises.

Alltype Building responded swiftly to my original request to fix some guttering. They provided a reasonable quote and started straight away. It became apparent that the whole of the guttering really needed changing and after a re-quote this was completed to a high standard. During this job the ridge tiles to the main house were discovered to be dangerously loose in many places and they were able to mobilise a team straight away to fix them, again to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend.

We hired Danny to install a utility room for us. He was punctual, easy to work with and kept to the timing and cost he quoted. Given the high level of service he provided we subsequently hired him to reinforce an old garden fence. Another top, punctual job on budget.
