The guy came and started pulling a corner from my roof, flicking bits off, telling the whole roof needed to be replaced. Then told me he'd put some liquid rubber, brush it all over abd he could do it tomorrow. "That'll fix it" . Sorry but I felt too rushed to make a decision on the spot.
