Slate & Tiled Roof
Posted job yesterday evening after seeing 2 holes in the back of the roof, lots, of light coming through. Had call from LC Roofing very soon after post, made no arrangement but this am Jonathan phoned. He and his mate were up on the roof about lunchtime. They fixed the slates, checked roof, found another 2 loose slates. Found loose down pipe which we can sort easily. Roof is 97 years old. Knowledgeable, pleasant guys in very good shape to handle and get up ladder. Would contact again. Happy with price.
Pointing / Repointing
I wouldn’t even give this company one star …….. storey begins a needed my house that I have just bought repointed 3 bricks up a guy came round and I’m sure he said £800 he did the job added black weatherproof paint to bottom bricks finished the job went to pay he said £1300 I thought have I heard him right ….. paid £800 with the promise for that they was going to come bk n clean the mess so far nobody has turned up to clean this up I’m so upset by this

Pointing / Repointing
Can’t fault the promptness of the team and the job was done within the time frame promised. The job was not to my expectation in terms of tidying afterwards. I give them 6 out of 10.
Roof Cleaning
Great job all round, Joseph and his team arrived on time and completed the roof cleaning, replacement concrete to replace rotten ridge tiles and effective cleaning up around the house. The team were efficient and polite. Would engage again in future.
Chimney Building / Repair
Joe did a good job of the pointing and told use where the problems was and fixed at a good price.
