From the outset Leon and his team were excellent, they gave me plenty of viable options and costs relating to those options to allow me to plan the build accordingly. Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Rich and his team were super efficient. Our roof was leaking badly (water coming through the bedroom ceiling) Even though Rich couldn't start working on the roof straight away (due other work commitments) he came on an extremely wet Sunday, put the scaffolding up and did a temporary repair to stop any further damage to the bedroom. I couldn't be more pleased with the work carried out and for a reasonable price.

My job for Stefan was fitting 4m? of LVT flooring in my loft en-suite shower room. Wall edges were straight but the flooring needed to fit around a 900mm quadrant shower tray. The fit of the flooring around all edges, not just the shower tray, falls short of satisfactory but he advised me to buy sealant and finish the job myself. I have contacted another flooring contractor to see if he can salvage the job and make it more acceptable to a reasonable standard. Overall I am very disappointed with his work.

Ben was originally due to visit the installation in order to provide an accurate quote but couldn't make the appointment so gave an acceptable quote without viewing the site. The work was carried out on a Saturday and Ben honoured his quote. Communication was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
