welcome and thank you for taking the time to read my profile my name is Graham thomsett I have moved to Llangollen about six months ago from St Albans in Hertfordshire where I have worked and built up a great little business I have been in the construction industry for 16 years and cover most aspects of the building trade from small jobs like changing a leaking tap to the bigger jobs like extensions I am honest hard working and I always try to keep the customer happy and I'm hoping to build up my business and keep my reputation as I had any further information please don't hesitate to contact me Graham
Quote received, arranged date for work but on the day advised was unable to do it. Rearranged a further date and did not turn up.
Do not use this trader. I have used Wayne in the past and he completed the job as quoted. Re-booked again this Easter to supply and fit carpet. He took the cash (over £1000) and we have been unable to contact him since. Currently going through small claims to try and get our money back.
Very friendly always on time, excellent on electrics but also did some tiling for me which he is not so good at. To be fair his price for the tiling was very reasonable but his price for electrics seemed very high for what he did.

Owen Jones mishandled my house rewire while I was in lockdown in England and could not supervise. He left work unfinished (which I could not tell by the pics he sent so I paid for complete job), He left live wire outside where my outside light should have been installed, he left the electrical socket box on the wet floor behind my washing machine. He did not re-connect my jetted bath tub, nor did he provide me with a signed off certificate. I now have to hire another electrician. DO NOT HIRE

Went from £60 for this to £3850 to replace the gable end. Bought supplies and carried on after being told to stop. Demanded £500 for goods worth £200, threatened he wouldn't leave without money. Smashed some of the goods before running when I called the police.
didnt contact me, didnt do the work, so cant really comment on their rating - would have liked to delete job as not fair to say terrible or anything havent seen their work
Total waste of my time. Clearly advertised for a tradesman to install my alarm and they sent alarm salesmen instead. I will have use the yellow pages next time.Thanks.
