Kris was amazing! His work ethic is second to none. Arrived on time and would not leave until he was finished which was 12 hours later (!) due to my non-square house and he would not let me pay him more! I have already booked him for another job because finding reliable and skilled tradesmen who charge very reasonable rates is like gold dust. I imagine he will be in demand so if he quotes and he is not immediately available my advice would be wait until he has availability.

Stephen and his colleague came to visit me this morning after a short call yesterday after they had seen my job posted. They were 10 minutes early, and despite offering the restaurants they just wanted to get straight onto the job which was fine by me. They were super efficient and had the job done in less than 15 minutes without any problems whatsoever. I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody needing any sort of roof or guttering works done 10 out of 10 friendly, efficient and fair price.
So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Worked in some beautiful places doing first and second fix carpentry, maintenance and joinery and have good experience in site work private work and construction. I recently had some building work done by Gerasimos. He did a great job, including knocking through a load-bearing wall, decorating, and fitting laminate flooring throughout. I am really happy with all the work that was done. I will definitely use him again in the future. I highly recommend him.
Following initial problems with the work, the roofing guys returned to put right the shortfalls which closed the job satisfactorily. However I had to oversee the work completion myself via Google Translate due to no instructions and poor communications to the work team. I am very pleased to finally conclude the job, but still await receipt for full payment made. RG24

He has displayed skill, imagination and creativity in doing this, making new spindles, a new bannister and some new tops to the newel posts, all to match exactly the original. It looks wonderful. I’m very happy with his work. He’s also a pleasant man to have in the house, being quiet, discreet, courteous and thoughtful. I recommend him unreservedly.
