Stephen and his colleague came to visit me this morning after a short call yesterday after they had seen my job posted. They were 10 minutes early, and despite offering the restaurants they just wanted to get straight onto the job which was fine by me. They were super efficient and had the job done in less than 15 minutes without any problems whatsoever. I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody needing any sort of roof or guttering works done 10 out of 10 friendly, efficient and fair price.

Work finishing is to a very high standard. We had a fallen ceiling due to damp / water damage from the Flat upstairs. They reinforced the ceiling and redid the coving and painted everything. From quote to starting the job, they did what they said they would, turned up when they said they would, whilst doing the jobs (efficiently and well), they noticed other work that needed doing - took photos where it was impossible for us to see and quoted on the work. We never felt any pressure from them. We trusted them, they were curtious, respected our property and got on with the job. Would very much recommend them and will certainly use them again.

I am very unhappy for Zohaib Talib's service from Top Freeze Ltd. He got my money but didn't fix my oven's problem. He never showed up, and never contacted me again once I found he didn't complete his job. It's already 4 weeks, but he broke his promise twice, and never showed up. I tried to complaint to Top Freeze, they only asked my contact details, but one day has passed, and still not contact me again.
