Matt and his colleagues (Phil and Dave) were very friendly and professional. An initial quote was given on the phone and then a site visit to discuss options and needs. We had the pyronix enforcer system installed within a week of posting. They were reliable, informative and cleaned up after the job. Matt was very patient in explaining the system and the options and explained they try to source products locally. The service felt personal and was made to feel like a valued customer. EFS systems had no ratings, The polite chap explained that he just signed up to Rated people. I was in 2 minds if I should give them the work, but am so glad I gave the work to him. He was very helpful, Reasonable price, quick , Cleaned up after him self. Also sorted out a few other issues I had for free. Would recommend to anyone. Will not be disappointed.

Mark fixed a storage heater for me, he wanted to be paid in cash. I asked him to bring an invoice / receipt with him. He didn't. He promised me he'd send one when he got home. I have asked him on 4 separate occasions to provide me with a receipt for the work and have been promised one on each occasion. If you do need a receipt, I would suggest not using this electrician, other than that he did do the work for the money quoted.
