A good experience from start to finish. Ewan responded within a couple of hours to our initial enquiry and was prompt to come out and assess the job and offer a solution for adding the wiring for an electric oven to our home. He returned to do the work a couple of days later. The switch in the kitchen looks as though it’s always been there and he left everywhere clean and tidy. John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

You've never mentioned being ill until now, Shaun. Clearly you're well enough to respond to this feedback. Why not to my texts or emails? You were paid on the nail. My point is the job wasn't completed satisfactorily. You have had many opportunities to make good but obviously have no intention to. The money spent on the job has been a total waste.
