They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. Christian was punctual, polite and quick. He fitted bath, basin and a kitchen tap, a freestanding basin unit and mirror. Full £375 plumbers rate. The taps work. After he left I noticed attention to detail missing - sink tap loose, another a bit of grit under not flush. Plug unit not flush, no sink waste fitted just a bung.The water flow not right. The bath taps do not work when sink taps were running. My usual plumber fix when install of shower. Cristian would likely have returned to fix though.

Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. They left the flat clean and tidy. They were always on time, very respectful and professional. They were very fast, large team, efficient and cost effective. I would definitely work with him again. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful
