Alex and his team did an excellent job at our flat. They packed up all the furniture and covered whist painting all the rooms, radiators and living room bay window in our flat and also plastered and repaired a socket. They left the flat clean and tidy. They were always on time, very respectful and professional. They were very fast, large team, efficient and cost effective. I would definitely work with him again. Bellhurst Construction gave me a very detailed quote and were able to start the job promptly. Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. The team were polite and worked hard through some of the hottest days of the year! The end result is wonderful and really makes the most of the garden.
Agreed to do the work and quoted a daily rate and start date, then before starting work advise that the job was too much for him and he would need to bring a friend. Arrived on the day and advised that his friends day rate was £40.00 more than we agreed. However we decided to go ahead and they completed the job (replacement of most radiators in the house). They did a good job and we paid them but they left without giving us a receipt, All subsequent contact from us went unanswered.

Alltype Building responded swiftly to my original request to fix some guttering. They provided a reasonable quote and started straight away. It became apparent that the whole of the guttering really needed changing and after a re-quote this was completed to a high standard. During this job the ridge tiles to the main house were discovered to be dangerously loose in many places and they were able to mobilise a team straight away to fix them, again to a high standard. Would thoroughly recommend.
