Jonathan assess my problem after a visual inspection and he gave a verbal summary of what was required. This was followed by an email estimate which I accepted. He arrived on the date agreed and started the work and completed it in two days. Workmanship was of a high standard. He has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. His was the only response I had to my entry in Rated People, and I'm glad it was. Highly recommended in all respects.

Unprofessional behaviour ! Have been working with me for a year now and suddenly without any communication just left . I have some additional needs child and needs regular cleaning ! Never expected this kind of behaviour . If there is something that needs attention the first thing needs is communication.
I won't be using scs again. The standard was average. Dust still on blinds, on top of mirrors etc. Agreed for two cleaners for eight hours, but they finished after six to go to another job. Also I was only told five minutes before cleaners arrived that they wanted paying in hand. Due to the late notice. I didn't have cash or cheque to hand. I paid by bacs immediately after, taking three days to clear, but was still rung by the owner who yelled at me that I hadn't paid.

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. The man put some plastic beading around my bath. The first time I used it (3 days later) it peeled away from the wall. He should have filled the bath first to prevent this happening. On the plus side, he didn't respond to my complaint so at least I hadn't paid him for the complete waste of time!
