We had a difficult cleaning job of a large house that involved extensive sanitary cleaning, hoarding and large furniture disposal. The team worked hard and thoroughly to get the job done in two days for a reasonable cost. For any further work we will absolutely going back to LDL!

Someone came straight away to give an estimate and then came the following day to do the job. Came on time and worked solidly until job was completed. My bathroom hasn't been as clean since the day it was fitted. They offered an extra to the job as booked which was something I was happy to pay a little extra for but there was no pressure. I will use this firm again.

Jonathan assess my problem after a visual inspection and he gave a verbal summary of what was required. This was followed by an email estimate which I accepted. He arrived on the date agreed and started the work and completed it in two days. Workmanship was of a high standard. He has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. His was the only response I had to my entry in Rated People, and I'm glad it was. Highly recommended in all respects.
We are based in Sheffield and have been providing building services to our local customers for over 8 years now. We specialise in tiling and bathroom refurbrishments. However, we do all sort of building jobs both external and internal. Whether that’s kitchen fitting, plaster skimming, painting, decorating, small electric jobs, plumbing, flooring or fitting new doors or windows, that’s not a challange for us! Good job done, no mention of extra charge despite job taking longer than anticipated. Cleaned up after himself and stayed until 7.20 to get the job done same day. Came a day later than initially agreed but wasn't a problem at our end and he gave me a text to let me know well in advance that he had been delayed at a previous job.

Not pleased with the Tiling at all. On the top side concerning price. The Mosaic Tiles Maciej fitted are messy and uneven and are covered with spots of adhesive which is proving very difficult to remove. The rectangular tiles fitted elsewhere in the bathroom were also unevenly spaced and the finished effect not up to a professional standard. The Bathroom was also left in a untidy state upon completion. For this level of cost I expect an experienced tradesmen and not an amateur learning of the job.
