I must say that that I was very impressed with my dealings with ASG from start to finish. Arrived promptly on time both for quotation and when work started, was also happy to quote and carry out a small job for an elderly neighbour of mine. Dean and his workmate arrived promptly. They removed a variety of tree stumps and also cut down several small trees. The stumps and trees were in awkward places (of course), but they coped really well. They worked extremely hard and were very thorough. Would highly recommend.

These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
