Needed some internal work, including walls and chimney removal. Price was competitive and the work was excellent. Turned up on time, kept us informed and no hidden extras! Not only was the work first class he also took the hassle of building control, submitted the documents and when the inspector wanted an extra bracket for the chimney, he was there, as arranged 2 days later to fit it. Ion did a fantastic job decorating our second bedroom, laying floor down and replacing a radiator. I was decorating the kitchen myself whilst he was here and he even helped me out with that at no extra charge. A very friendly and hard working builder!

The porch was contracted for 18 days. Allowing time to finish the job after 6 weeks this was not complete. The new porch looks good from the outside and seems built structurally correctly. Having allowed extra time to finish the job it remained unfinished with adhesive stains on facia boards, internally no gaps filled, sealing nor painting completed. During the process we had to request for various matters to be fixed as they were not done to a reasonable standard. The overall experience was disappointing
