Steve assessed the work that needed doing to fix the damp problems in an open and transparent manner without trying to sell me expensive damp proof solutions that weren’t needed (like many others do!), and fitted me in the next day. Whilst out here, he also sorted a couple of other damp issues and resolved those too. Plastering finish is spot on and great communication. Fingers crossed that’s the damp under control for good now! Would definitely recommend Steve and will be using him again.

I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. Luke and team came out to view the job. His communication was excellent working the appointment around my available and turned up bang on time. He reviewed the problem with the drain and managed find a blockage and cleared it straight away. There was no charge for the unblocking as it was a simple solution but Luke offered some advice to ensure the issue won’t happen again and some potential fixes going forward. I will certainly be contacting CC drainage with any further issues and can recommend them highly

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
