Hi, my name’s Darren the owner of Complete Kitchens. I’ve been in this trade for 35 years, it’s a real family business with 3 generations of Kitchen Fitters. Whilst Kitchens are in my blood, I also specialise in Bathroom fitting. I’ve worked for all the big companies over the years (Homebase, B&Q, Ikea, Habitat, Wickes) and understand how daunting it can be choosing the right kitchen or bathroom fitter. Shaun is extremely knowledgeable and came up with a fantastic solution for us. He is professional, great with communication and when our job spec changed, it was not a problem. He turned up on time and the end result far exceeded my expectations. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.
