He arrived on the date agreed and started the work and completed it in two days. Workmanship was of a high standard. He has a pleasant manner and is easy to talk to. Unexpected cost for cutting tiles, an extra £5 per meter, apparently due to the type of tile. Paid extra to have levelling compound put down, unfortunately didn’t get the desired finish, quite a few tiles not level. Very nice chap,

Came to my property wouldn’t give me a time I had to wait for him to let me know at last minute when he got there wouldn’t get out off van to look then said he will let me know price tomorrow 3 days went by I rang him then he said he can’t do my job because he had to much work come in since last time we spoke not very professional waisted my time never even let me know he was not interested only good thing to come out off this is I found a very good company after called heatfire ltd Walsall ring them

Took my money and never came back. He came over to fix my lights, then interfered with another light that worked completely fine. When this light stopped working he said it needed a new bulb, after replacing the bulb it didn't work so he said he would come back the next day. He didn't show up and hasn't answers my calls or texts and has my money!
