Ziggy retiled the path to our house in March and is very professional, hard working and conscientious. Ziggy kept in touch throughout the work, sending pictures and updates of his work. When we had trouble with some of the materials we had bought from Topps Tiles, he went to great lengths to sort it out, working extra days and not finishing the work until he was satisfied it was done to the highest standards. The whole team were (and still are!) fantastic from initial contact to end. They made site visits at very early times to suit me, returning with tools to test areas and offered to help with an asbestos enquiry (which I hadn't noticed). And all before being booked. The job took less time than planned, was exactly what was wanted and they left no trace of working. They also happily came back two weeks later to make some changes I wanted. I felt comfortable with all the team and really recommend them highly.

We had this work undertaken 6 months ago. We have since had work undertaken by 2 other electricians in the house. Both electricians said the work undertaken by Mirek was both illegal and dangerous. We said we did not require a part P certificate to be issued as we didn't intend to move but expected the work to at least be of that quality. Work has had to be completely re-done. Very disappointed.
