We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

This Answer is irrelevant. 1. I did not cancel anything so far, it is you who has canceled without taking any responsibilities. Cleaner came only once so far instead of 4 times. I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. After sitting down and working all the sums out unfortunately I am making a loss at your property .... so unfortunately I cannot carry on the service at your property.>> NO Customer service and even worse no ability to calculate. Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.

Cornel turned up at a job with 3 others who didnt have a clue what they were doing. My wall i got taken out by these guys was a terribble job they used the wrong cement and now everyday i have cement falling bit by bit. Cornel also dug the floor to connect a new sink for waste pipe. He concreted the floor back and no water can now go through the waste pipe as hes connected it wrong. So i have a useless sink in a corner of my kitchen. Asked him to come back for 4 weeks kept saying tommorow never came.
