We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.

Spoken to manufacturer of septic tank. Shown them videos and photos. They have said tradesman installed incorrectly. DO NOT USE!
Justin was an absolutely star, sourcing all.the materials, fitting a large walk in shower screen and charging a fair rate. open, honest and a quick worker. just wish I'd found him sooner! he even left us a tube of bathroom sealer for free! highly recommended.
Gas fitter and plumber
Seem very professional with the work completed in a timely manner but radiators went back to faulty original state after 2 months. Professionalism is just a front. Should have at the very least 3 months guarantee. When asked why the radiators were faulty after 2 months via email, they advised they would call the following morning to discuss and didn't. Attempted contact through email several times and no response. Completely ignored. Avoid unless you want to throw your money away.

We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.

This Answer is irrelevant. 1. I did not cancel anything so far, it is you who has canceled without taking any responsibilities. Cleaner came only once so far instead of 4 times. I receive a message from company after a month: <<Hello Helen. After sitting down and working all the sums out unfortunately I am making a loss at your property .... so unfortunately I cannot carry on the service at your property.>> NO Customer service and even worse no ability to calculate. Solo friendly groundworker covering all aspects of groundwork such as running new drainage pipes concreting slabbing paving kerbing fencing bricklaying tarmaccing underpinning excavation soakaways. I also cover small house maintenance jobs.
Matt was very friendly and attended promptly to replace an outdoor bottle gulley this had been fitted incorrectly by original builder from time property built. He problem solved the issue and installed a new bottle gulley.. I give this 5 star for his customer service as had to return to re adjust the the installation due to water overflow. But now all good and sorted.
