The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly thorough, leaving my carpets looking and smelling fresh. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction really set them apart. Gzim installed a gate for which he had not provided a receipt. Also the gate is out of alignment as he had not secured the posts. A bad job which needs to be corrected. I have tried to call Gjim but he is not responding to my calls.
