Darrel worked with me on adjusting he quote in order to prioritise the things that needed the most attention. We were held up a few days by the weather initially, but once things were underway I was very happy with how things progressed. The team were polite and worked hard through some of the hottest days of the year! The end result is wonderful and really makes the most of the garden.

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

A bit of a let down. Promises of doing all I asked, when it came to finishing, some jobs done, some done shoddily and some not done at all. Left terrible mess and did not take the rubbish despite promising to do so. Do not pay them before they finish is my advice

We had Thomas and his team coming to do our conservatory roof. We had several issues during the works such holes on the ceiling. The worst is that after almost 3 month our conservatory is still leaking, Thomas doesn’t seem to care and the issue still has not been solved.My mother has asthma, she stays with buckets around and this is affecting her. I found it very difficult to get in touch with Thomas to have it solved. One of the guys came a few weeks ago to “fix” the roof but the roof is still leaking.

If I could leave a negative star rating I would! Do not hire this man. His work resulted in 2 leaks which he came back and sorted but once he got some money out of me (part payment),which I gave him in good faith, he did not come back to repair the extensive damage the leaks have caused to both my bathroom and kitchen. I cant tell you how disappointed I am with the poor work this man delivered. I feel totally conned.
