Ryan and his team gave me a prompt competitive quote and in spite of terrible weather, grabbed the first opportunity they could to do the work on Easter Saturday. Completing an urgent job successfully and with great professionalism and good humour.

Gave 15 yr guarantee but the work did not last 18 months, cement cracked and falling away. Caused water leaks. They would not come back to fix it. Had to have the work done by another company. I am claiming the money back. He introduced himself as Ryan but now says that is not his name. Avoid using this company as they will cost you thousands. Should be removed from this site

As you can see prior the customer was more than happy. Was contacted by the customer due a bit of deterioration in the cement and requested a return visit, which would not of been a problem but from point of phone call, customer demanded it be within 2 days. Which at present was not able to do. she was informed that KRB were not working at this time due to a bereavement of the directors mother. She took it upon herself to not care and was abusive and rude and was not interested in allowing another date

What he has written is not a true representation of the dialogue between us. i had been asking to have this work done for over 7 weeks since January. He had not visited so I don't see how he can comment on the condition. All I can say is buyer beware.

Once again I feel I’m having to explain and go into great depth of the loss of a family member. From loss due to cancer was not an overnight thing as much as this customer selfishly would of liked it to have been. My mother was suffering for a few weeks and then sadly passed. My head was not in the write place and buried my head in the sand. This customer point blankly refused to accept a death within my family and continued to badger as you can see by the constant reply’s, no consideration at all still

Guttering and Rainwater Pipe
Ryan & friends did a very good job for us. They were quick to respond (within 4 days) and sorted out a leaking flat roof, a gutter joiner and the supporting brackets of the mast of a communal TV aerial. And all this working at 12.50m above ground level! Their work was very professional as they finished very quickly as well (within half a day). Their price was 1/3 of the highest quote we were given by 10 other contractors, most of whom could not do all the involved tasks. Thank you Ryan.
