We had this with Pawel. Everything was explained well. The job was not rushed. He took time to assess, review and evaluate. He kept us informed throughout the work. Price was reasonable also. James did a good job building our patio, stairs (first photo on his page) and a small supporting wall in 2021. Unfortunately a number of the slabs on top of the wall and also some patio slabs subsequently became loose/completely detached. I contacted James in April 2023 and asked him to sort. Long story short 13 months later I’m still waiting after countless text messages and phone calls and promises to come and fix. Latterly he has stopped even responding to my texts and calls. Very disappointing!
