We cannot fault any part of our dealings with James and his team. They met our requirements exactly, arrived on time, kept the area clean and tidy and worked efficiently throughout the job. James quoted two days to lay our new patio and took exactly that, with the guys working non-stop over the period. His team were very obliging and polite and we really could not ask for more. So I've been in carpentry since I left school and all other aspects of the building trade. Listened. Did the job that was asked of them. Called when they were running late to let me know they were still coming. Job was finished on time. Haven't dropped a star for being a couple of hours late as traffic etc. can easily do that and the job was still finished on time. Neighbour asked for same work to her garden after seeing mine. Another neighbour asked for tree work following my work.

Reliable, friendly, and quality individual. The work was done within a few hours and it was completed to a high standard. We were given advice and guidance for upkeep and treatment.
