We cannot praise Andrew highly enough. He was very efficient and incredibly tidy - you would not have known a builder was in the house! He arrived when he said, worked hard, and finished within the time frame. He also collected the tiles for us at no extra cost although this was not costed in to his quote. Frank and his team did a complete re-roof of my kitchen flat roof, and re-tiled & ridged the adjacent apex roof, and facia boards. Frank explained every nuance of the job as it progressed, he pointed out the issues with the the old roof and explained why it was failing, and offered a number of solutions to various aspects that I could chose from. The new flat roof, tiled roof and hip ridges look very good. These guys were polite, respectful, and professional. I'm happy to recommend Cornerstone Roofing.
