Really disappointing! Started off good, Mitchell got in touch and quoted for the job by the photos, he didn’t come out to quote. I was happy with the quote so I said go ahead and as he said he could do the job in 2 weeks I removed my post thinking great I’ve found the person for the job. 2 weeks later no sign of Mitchell or a reply to my emails asking when he’s planning to start the work so now I have to start the process again. Poor show from Mitchell or a no show, as it would appear

I have been a Decorator since 1999 and take a pride in my work and take customers requirements very serious and aim to give them the benifit of many years experience. Turned up as promised for quote, showed me the cost of radiator and how much total cost would be. Came to fit at time he said and replaced my radiator. Had to call him out as small leak but turned up when agreed. Would definitely use again, price and work very good

Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.
