John came by the same day as I asked for the quote in the evening which was very convenient and fixed my fused lights, rewired them without having to pull the loft insulation apart, great job - thanks very much, lovely man, would defo use again and recommend.
We used LFC for a rear ground floor extension, this was the 1st time we had undertaken major build work, so we were understandably nervous. LFC made us feel very comfortable, there work was of the highest quality and they worked extremely hard; even tidying up at the end of each day. We were consulted on a regular basis as to how work was proceeding and given options for directions forward. I would thoroughly recommend LFC to anyone in need of build work – large or small, their prices are incredibly good and the dedication and attention to detail are very impressive. we recently employed m.p.g building services to refurbish our bathroom. Mark did an exceptional job, fitting new bath,w,c. heated towel rail, sink vanity unit and an electric pump to increase water pressure in bathroom. He also re-tiled the floor and walls . All work was carried out to a high spec and in a professional manner. Mark was always courteous,punctual and responsive to our requirements. Stefan arrived promptly at 7.45 am as promised. First he measured the variation in the floor level as well as the roughness of the finished surface. He agreed that a 5mm coating would produce a smooth finish but that I would need twice as much screed to properly level the floor. Apparently he plenty of screed ( Ardex) in his van. He quickly prepared the site by sweeping and vacuuming it clean, then primed the floor and mixed the screed. This was spread evenly and finished inside an hour. Good job done.
