BTS building is a lovely father and Son operation. They are hard working and keep you updated with plans, progress and working times etc. The quality of the build is very good and they are happy to offer ideas for slight changes to improve the usability of the space.
Patrick was always reliable and turned up on time every day. His quality of work and expertise were excellent, as was that of his team. Although the job required major renovation, the work was carried out in a clean and efficient manner with minimal disruption to ourselves. Very flexible and the renovation work was finsihed on time and within budget. I would not hesitate to recommend Patrick at Element Home Improvements to anyone considering renovations to their home.

I was extremely impressed with Clayton. He worked very hard and obviously knows his stuff. I brought him in to fix my kitchen floorboards but it soon became apparent that they could not be used. Arcbright responded within half an hour of me loading the job, correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and turned up the next day, on time and with the relevant new parts.
